    Frankie Nicoise Salad: Classic Nicoise salad with a seasonal touch of Frankie. Crunchy string beans from Çanakkale, green scratch olive from Edremit, homemade tuna confit, cherry tomatoes, shredded boiled egg… Colorful, tempting, nutritious.

    Go-Mad: American whisky after being infused with dried Aydın figs gathers with homemade Siirt peanut bitter and sage tea, for the whisky lovers it will be a different experience.

    Cerasus: Aydın Dinar cherry, our own cultivate levantine syrup, Tokat “mahaleb” wine, be interpreted with ginger and vodka. To get the feel of the cocktail we are looking forward to see you at our rooftop.

    Doluca Sarafin Rose: Salmon pink colour. Instead of current, raspberry and wild strawberry aromas you can feel also feel on the palate blood orange. Free-run, well-rounded, full bodied when it gets together with food. Brand-new and ready to meet with rose lovers. Grapes; merlot, cabarnet franc.
